Getting involved

The Belsize Society is entirely run by volunteers – and we’re always on the look out for people who want to make a difference in our community!

Whether you have a few hours a month to spare or more time or special skills to give through a committee role, your help can go a long way in supporting our events, publications, and neighbourhood initiatives.

There are plenty of ways to get involved including:

Event organisation
Writing or editing content for our quarterly newsletter
Maintaining the noticeboards
Helping at our events
Delivering newsletters
Helping to lead guided walks
Or perhaps baking a cake for one of our gatherings!

Joining the Committee

For those interested in shaping the future of The Belsize Society, we are always on the look out for new Committee members.

The Committee is a great place to help the Society, in that you both hear about what is happening in Belsize and lead some aspect of the Society’s involvement.

The Committee meets each month, except August, at members’ homes. And there is team of people looking at planning matters, the various publications, Society events, and engaging with Camden Council about the policies being pursued in the Borough.
